Black Oak Builders offers a one-year Limited Builder’s Warranty on new construction homes. For additional information, please refer to your warranty documents.

The attached form is for non emergent requests only. These are items that do not pose immediate safety risks or property damage (minor adjustments, cosmetic blemishes, etc). For emergent issues, please use the direct trade partner contact information in your homeowner’s binder, or call 479-200-8225 to reach Mitchell.

Homeowners are asked to complete this form at two milestones: Approximately 1 month after move-in and 30 days prior to the expiration of the one-year warranty.
